Arsenal Football Club is known as one of England's most successful and adored clubs. People can't help but be drawn to their rich tradition of success. With an impressive 28 major domestic trophies under their belt, Arsenal also boasts the records for the longest unbeaten streak and the longest run in the top flight of English football. Talk about legendary!

In 1886, a group of blacksmiths who built cannons formed a works team called Dial Square, which eventually became Arsenal FC. They were known as the Gunners due to their origins. The club turned professional and changed its name to Woolwich Arsenal, joining the Football League in 1893 as the first club from the south. However, Woolwich Arsenal faced challenges such as difficulties in forming a competitive team and low attendance due to their isolated location. In 1910, businessman Henry Norris saved the club from bankruptcy and moved it to North London in 1913, with Highbury as the new home ground. The following year, the club was renamed Arsenal. So, from humble beginnings as a works team to becoming a renowned football club, Arsenal has a rich history that continues to this day.
